At VELDT we believe in the best product and quality. Why should we then pass on quality shipping? As far as reasonably possible VELDT will enforce its door-to-door delivery policy and ensure that you never run out of product. The only thing we expect you to be concerned with is when you will be getting to the veldt or the range. We will sort out the rest.
SOUTHERN AFRICA SHIPPING POLICY.

Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2-3 working days and handed over to a courier company for delivery and/or the nearest Postnet in places outside Gauteng.

Unless otherwise specified, delivery is subject to the courier service used.

For very remote areas not serviced by standard couriers, VELDT will deliver via the Post Office or to the nearest town that is accessible by our courier company within their normal routes.

In these circumstances, VELDT will be in contact with you to arrange an alternative address.

VELDT will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the user’s chosen delivery address in the same good order.

Canceled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after the deduction of a 20% charge for administration costs.

VELDT reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the VELDT’s standards.

Should VELDT exercise this right, the user will receive a full refund with no deductions within 10 days of the order.

Returns and Exchange Policy
OUR RETURNS POLICY?
At VELDT, we focus on the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase if the following stipulations are fully met.
Kindly note the below return stipulations:

You must have the original receipt.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and needs to be new, unused, and in resalable condition.

Contact the VELDT team at info@veldtsa.com and report the products to be returned.

You will be issued with a Refund Returns Number (RRA) that must be used when returning a product.

Returns without RRA numbers or that are not in resalable condition will be refused and returned.

Take note that all refunds are subject to the original merchandise cost. It excludes any packaging, shipping, or handling charges.

Make sure that you buy the correct items. Returns, other than those that are due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error will include a 20% restocking fee.

We regret that all international sales are final and no returns will be accepted.

If you would like to make a return, please contact the VELDT team to request a Refund Returns Number (RRA). Returns without RRA numbers will be refused and returned.

How Do I Ship My Return?
Products or merchandise must be repackaged in the original packaging as far as possible. Ensure that all within the package is secure and tightly packed. Ensure that your return package arrives at our warehouse facility. It will be advised to take shipping, fully insured and with a tracking number. All packages must be returned prepaid. VELDT will not take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages.
All return information will be provided with the RRA upon issuance. Please include the RRA form along with the receipt.

How Will My Credit Card Be Refunded?
Once your return is received and inspected by the VELDT Returns Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Refunds are limited to the actual merchandise cost and exclude any packaging, shipping, handling, or restocking fees. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that depending on your credit card issuer, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is processed to post to your account.
How Do I Exchange An Item?
If and when a product is to be exchanged, please ensure that the new product is bought at the website store and that you have paid for the new product. Exchanges will be deemed as a refund. You will be credited for products returned and products cannot be bought on credit granted.
Can I Return Merchandise That I Purchased From A VELDT Reseller?
We DO NOT accept returns on merchandise that was purchased from any VELDT resellers. Only merchandise purchased directly from VELDT will be accepted. If you purchased a product from a listed VELDT reseller, you must contact them directly to arrange the return.
How Do I Return A Defective Product?
If you suspect your VELDT merchandise contains a manufacturer's defect, you may return the product to VELDT. Solvents and Lubricants will be subject to a warranty evaluation at any time within the first (6) months of purchase. Any other product purchases are subject to a warranty evaluation at any time within the first (1) year of purchase.
